Alex McGhee Shared his Digital Marketing Expertise at the NAA Education Conference

6-22-17-naa-conference-panel-alex-jpgAlex McGhee, Pinnacle’s Digital Marketing Manager, was a guest panelist at the recent NAA Education Conference in Atlanta where he spoke alongside other industry specialists in a session titled “On Your Best Behavior – User Behavior Testing and Optimized Website Conversion.” The panel, which also included Kelley Shannon, Vice President of Consumer Marketing at The Bozzuto Group, and Tudor Manole, Project Manager at Yardi Systems, focused on highlighting best practices for optimizing a property website.

Participants shared their thoughts and expertise on a variety of topics such as increasing overall website user experience, setting expectations in a typical leasing funnel, eliminating lost website traffic, making sure websites rank well in search engines and navigating the digital realm in today’s ever growing sea of online platforms.

Alex talked about his philosophy on websites in general and ways that Pinnacle is staying ahead of the competition in this competitive digital environment. He and Kelley also shared tools and tricks of the trade to create a more efficient digital workflow.
