Ali Brooks Sits on Costar’s VIP Multifamily Client Panel in Phoenix
Ali Brooks, Pinnacle’s Marketing Manager in the Southwest, recently had the opportunity to participate in Costar Group’s VIP Multifamily Client Panel at their National Sales Conference in Phoenix. Ali joined several other industry thought leaders to provide insights into multifamily marketplace trends, national rent growth, technology and marketing. Other panel representatives included Alliance, AMC, Avenue5, MEB and PEM.
While leading a discussion about marketing best practices and strategies, Ali articulated how Pinnacle customizes each community marketing strategy based on client goals, the customer journey, market analysis and overall conversions. She further communicated how the customer journey, lead source attribution, lead tracking and Google Analytics play a large role in determining the success of each marketing campaign, specifically Internet Listing Services (ILS). Another hot marketing topic on the panel revolved around the comparison of Pay-Per-Click versus ILS, for which Ali explained that a blend of the two marketing tactics is preferable, rather than selecting one over the other.
In rounding out the discussion, Ali talked to the audience about how Costar’s multifamily sales representatives can better partner with property management firms by providing market trends and by working more closely with the marketing teams to optimize ILS profile performance.
