Five Pinnacle Communities Ranked as Elite 1% for Online Reputation by J Turner Research

Dallas – (January 2019) – Five Pinnacle communities were recognized among the Elite 1% of properties in the nation for online reputation, based on a J Turner Research review of over 101,000 apartments across more than 19 review sites and Internet Listing Services.

Properties that registered a minimum ORA™ (Online Reputation Assessment) score of 89 and had at least 12 online reviews were included. This year, 1,234 properties joined the following Pinnacle communities on the Elite 1% list:

  • Constellation (ORA Score 94), a 124-unit community in Las Vegas, Nevada
  • Domain at The One Forty (ORA Score 90), a 299-unit community in Garland, Texas
  • Haven46 (ORA Score 90), a 158-unit student community in Tampa, Florida
  • Lyfe at the Marina (ORA Score 89), a 280-unit community in Sparks, Nevada
  • Sygnii (ORA Score 89), a 240-unit community in Tigard, Oregon


The independent ORA™ Power Ranking is widely acknowledged and used as an industry benchmark for community performance, as it relates to resident satisfaction and positive promotion online. Now in its fifth year, the list is released in association with media partner, Multifamily Executive.
