As a part of the “Top New Marketing Trends and Ideas” panel, Malcolm discussed digital marketing strategies property managers can use to attract the ideal renter through platforms like search and retargeting campaigns, social media and video. Drawing from his lease-up experience at The Metropolitan and The Hendrix, Malcolm dove into how you can use data to identify your target demographic and the importance of having a consistent brand across all marketing channels.
